The staff were helpful people from the receptionist to the housekeepers, and location was exceptionally nice and magnificent. I was happy to find Castle Chinese Restaurant, it was at a short distance from the hotel and served nice food.

Surprising hotel in a peaceful area very close to the pine trees as well as Payson. Perfect 10/10 experience and helpful stuff. Above average breakfast selection for all tastes with gravy and sausage and biscuits. The pool area is nice too. The easy check-in process too.

We really enjoyed our one-night stay here. the location was great, and we encountered friendly staff throughout, from the receptionist to the housekeepers. We had a meal at Caccia & Tails, which was just a short 10-15 minute walk from here. 😊.

complex is very nice and big and breakfast is really very good for american standards. the rooms are very nice and nothing was missing.

unfortunately we had a clogged sink, stunk a lot. problem was lifted very fast but unfortunately there was a smell in the room.

Comfortable and very pleasant hotel surrounded by pine trees with chairs and tables in front of the rooms and a beautiful heated swimming pool. Friendly welcome. Ask for a room near the pool.

Fairly simple breakfast

Ideal location in the greenery, close to the road but very wooded surroundings. Nice swimming pool, good restaurant nearby. Discreet architecture in full harmony with nature.

Breakfast room too refrigerated, really not necessary in the morning at 1500 m altitude even in a hot area. Coffee particularly lavasse, fortunately there is a capsule machine in the room!
